Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoinFeed Discord bot and web dashboard (together, the “Service”). By adding CoinFeed to a server, using its commands, or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CoinFeed posts live cryptocurrency price information to Discord channels, lets you look up tokens by contract address across supported blockchains, and lets you configure recurring price feeds and personal price alerts. Features and limits vary by plan and may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required to use Discord in your country (at least 13), and you must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using CoinFeed.

3. Accounts and access

  • The Service uses your Discord account for identity. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for the permissions you grant within your servers.
  • Server admins may delegate feed management to specific members or roles. Anyone granted such access can create, edit, and remove that server’s feeds.
  • You are responsible for choosing which channels the bot posts in and for its content there.

4. Plans and payments

  • A free tier is available. Paid plans (e.g. Starter, Pro) unlock higher limits and features.
  • Paid upgrades are currently arranged manually — there is no automated checkout, and we do not collect payment-card details through the Service. Contact us via the support server to upgrade.
  • Plan features, limits, and pricing may change. If automated billing is introduced later, additional terms (including refund and cancellation terms) will apply and will be presented before purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to break the law or violate Discord’s terms or policies.
  • Abuse, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Use the Service to spam, mislead, or manipulate markets or other users.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.

6. Not financial advice

CoinFeed provides market data for informational purposes only. Nothing provided by the Service is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and risky. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you use any information from the Service at your own risk.

7. Data accuracy and third-party sources

Price and token data is sourced from third-party providers (including DexScreener and GeckoTerminal) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not control these sources and do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any data. Alerts and feeds may be missed or delayed due to factors outside our control (e.g. API, network, or Discord outages).

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any resulting unavailability or data loss.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinFeed and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your servers and logging out of the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
